4. Protect from heat
Blow-dryers, straighteners, and curling irons can cause breakage. Always use a heat protectant spray before styling.
5. Regular trims are key
Even if you’re growing your hair, trimming every 6–8 weeks prevents split ends from traveling up the strand.
6. Be gentle with wet hair
Hair is most fragile when wet. Use a wide-tooth comb or a detangling brush, starting from the ends and working your way up.
