1. Normal Skin - Balanced, not too oily or dry, small pores, few imperfections

Care tips:

  • Gentle cleanser (morning & night).

  • Lightweight moisturizer to maintain balance.

  • Daily SPF (protects from aging & damage).

  • Occasional exfoliation (1–2x a week) to keep skin fresh.

2. Oily Skin - Shiny, enlarged pores, prone to blackheads & breakouts

Care tips:

  • Cleanse twice daily with a gentle foaming cleanser.

  • Use oil-free, non-comedogenic moisturizer (hydration is still needed!).

  • Clay masks 1–2x a week to absorb excess oil.

  • Daily SPF (look for gel-based or mattifying formulas).

❌ Avoid: Over-washing or harsh scrubs — they trigger more oil production.

3. Dry Skin - Feels tight, flaky, dull, fine lines more visible

Care tips:

  • Creamy, hydrating cleansers (avoid foaming that strips oils).

  • Rich moisturizer with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or shea butter.

  • Gentle exfoliation once a week (to remove dead skin).

  • Daily SPF (hydrating sunscreen formulas).

❌ Avoid: Hot showers & alcohol-based toners — they dry out the skin more.

4. Combination Skin - Oily in T-zone: forehead, nose, chin; dry/normal on cheeks

Care tips:

  • Gentle, balancing cleanser (not too harsh, not too creamy).

  • Lightweight moisturizer (gel/cream hybrid).

  • Spot-treat oily areas with mattifying products, hydrate dry zones.

  • Exfoliate 1–2x a week for balance.

  • Daily SPF (lightweight, non-greasy).

5. Sensitive Skin - Easily irritated, redness, reacts to products or weather

Care tips:

  • Use fragrance-free, gentle cleansers and moisturizers.

  • Patch-test new products before applying.

  • Stick to minimal, calming ingredients (aloe, chamomile, oat).

  • Daily mineral sunscreen (zinc oxide or titanium dioxide).

❌ Avoid: Harsh scrubs, strong acids, or alcohol-based products.
